Sheff) is one of the club's veteran dancers and always knows how to keep the party mood intense. She's beautiful, confident, fair, funny, and fashionable! For tonight's party Sheff dug into her inventory and put together this gem of an outfit. The ruffled top from Vogue has amazing detail and really highlights the torso.
